About Me

I am currently a Communication Representative at Center For English and Integration Services. As a Nigerian-born international student, I earned my Master's degree in Brand and Media Strategy at East Tennessee State University in 2021. I had my undergraduate degree in Education and English in 2016 at Obafemi Awolowo University. Having a switch in career path birthed from my natural interest in creativity.

As a detail-oriented and ambitious lady, I have gained practical knowledge in both traditional and digital forms of marketing communication. During my master's program, I excelled at earning several certifications related to social media and content creation marketing where I learned how to design social media strategies, create content calendars, compose and write digital campaigns, and monitor social media activities using relevant applications and software. All of these were aimed at demonstrating an increase in brand awareness and impressions, establish trust through brand-to-customer relationships, and maintain reputation.

In addition, I have been opportune to work in companies where I published and managed their social media communication activities with a solid background in creating and curating social media content for engagement and awareness.

With the experiences I have gained so far in social media branding, digital marketing, public relations, and working in a higher education setting, I have possessed great skills in writing, speaking, research, presentation, teamwork, editing, creativity, and delivering high-detailed results. I also have experience in developing promotional campaigns that could enhance the public perception of an organization. It is worthy to add that I demonstrate sensitivity and friendliness when interacting with people.

Since the beginning of my career, I’ve focused on channeling my talent and creativity into meaningful and powerful results. I take pride in the work I do, as well as the strong relationships I’ve built with former bosses and clients. I firmly believe in working hard, working together and having fun along the way. Besides work, I enjoy composing songs and play scripts, trying new dishes, singing, watching real life-based movies, and lending helping hands where/when needed.
